Service Description
During 1:6 Session, you'll have the opportunity to explore both reformer and mat exercises. * If you're new to Pilates, we suggest starting with a Private session to familiarize yourself with Pilates before joining any group sessions.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions • Regardless of arrival time, all sessions will end at the scheduled time. • Group classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not met. • All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. • Unused or remaining sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member. • In the event of pregnancy, please contact the staff at Luxe Multi Gym at luxemultigym@gmail.com. You may resume your remaining sessions after giving birth and obtaining clearance from your doctor. Please note that packages cannot be frozen indefinitely. • Luxe Multi Gym is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees. • Luxe Multi Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. • You may reschedule up to 2 sessions per 10-session package, provided that all 10 sessions are completed within 5 weeks. Rescheduling requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the day before the scheduled session. • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full value of the scheduled session. • Expiration dates will not be extended. • The term of this agreement may be extended at no additional cost for a period equal to the duration of a member’s temporary disability, provided that written verification is supplied by a licensed medical doctor. The agreement may be canceled upon submission of documentation from a licensed medical doctor confirming a permanent disability and providing a detailed explanation of the condition. • Lessons may not be paused or frozen without a valid medical reason supported by written documentation from a licensed medical doctor.
