Cancellation Policy

- General Terms and Conditions • Regardless of arrival time, our sessions will end at the scheduled time. • All payments must be prepaid and are non-refundable exchangeable or transferable. • Unused or remaining sessions can be transferred to your friend or family member • If you get pregnant, I could come back to use my remaining sessions after giving birth. • Luxe multi gym is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees. • Luxe multi gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • You can reschedule my sessions up to 2 times per 10 classes which should be finished within 5 weeks. Rescheduling must be done by 5pm of the day before my scheduled session. • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. • Expiration dates will not be extended. • You can extend the term of the agreement at no additional cost for a period equal to the duration of the member’s short-term disability, verified in writing by a licensed medical doctor. The contract may be cancelled upon notice of a permanent disability by a certified medical doctor stating detailed explanation of permanent long-term disability. • You may not pause or freeze my lessons without a valid medical reason.
